Prices start at €365,000 for one-bed units of 50sq m (535sq ft). Two-beds of 63-72sq m (680-775sq ft) cost from €420,000. Timber windows, mansard roofs and wrought-iron balconies give a quaint old-fashioned look to exteriors at Eaton Wood Square.

Architect McGrane & Partners has designed the two three-storey apartment blocks in low-rise formation, with a lawn separating the buildings and good planting. Ground floor apartments have a small hedged-in garden. Apart from one apartment, upper floor units have small balconies, to accommodate flower tubs.

Interior spec is good, with cherry-look kitchen units, L-shaped sitting/diningrooms and bright accommodation. Bathrooms come with cream floor and wall tiles and a back-lit mirror. Internal doors are cherry veneer, while each apartment has a solid cherry main entrance door.
