Radisson SAS Hotels Worldwide has completed a contract for the management of its first Irish hotel, which will be known as Radisson St Helen's Hotel, at Stillorgan, Co Dublin. It will open for business in August. The 150-bedroom hotel is based on St Helen's House, a spectacular period house which was acquired last year by the Cosgrave Property Group. The management contract was negotiated by Finnegan Menton.
