The building has a total floor space of 4,400 square feet, including 1,500 at street level. The new owner is expected to convert the building into a restaurant. The agency has also secured £480,000 for four adjoining shops at the junction of Castlewood Avenue and Rathmines Road, Rathmines, Dublin 6. The units are producing a rent roll of £44,750, which will provide a yield of just under 8 per cent.
