Lisney is quoting a guide of £1 million sterling for The Castle Inn, a three-star Bord Failte-approved guest-house in the grounds of the castle of Richard de Burgos, the "Red Earl of Ulster". It has views over Lough Foyle and the north Antrim coastline. The inn has 11 double, family and twin rooms with a total area of over 7,000 sq ft. The business is five years old and includes a reception room with capacity for 120 patrons, which is used for weddings and other functions.
