An unusual development opportunity will arise shortly close to Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin 2, when Finnegan Menton sells a site which can be used either for three three-storey mews houses or an office development. The selling agents are quoting a guideline price of around £500,000 for the site at 1-3 Pembroke Place, which has full planning permission for the mews houses with a total floor area of 3,260 sq ft. Since then, the site has been re-zoned, giving buyers the option of switching to an office scheme. The location behind the Bank of Ireland private banking arm should ensure strong interest in the site, which is to be sold by tender on October 19th.
