A large retail building to be developed at the junction of Mary Street and Jervis Street, near the Jervis Centre, Dublin 1, is back on the market through Hamilton Osborne King. The agency was involved in lengthy negotiations to lease it to a UK fashion retailer but the deal did not proceed. Larry Brennan of HOK is now quoting a rent of about £300,000 for the proposed building, which will have up to four floors of retail space with 12,500 square feet, including about 3,000 at street level. The building will occupy the site of Keatings bar and is due to be ready for fit out in July.
