An Bord Pleanala's oral hearing into the plan by Scottish developer Morrison Homes to build a large apartment complex directly opposite The Point, on the Ringsend side of the Liffey, will be held on May 18th in the Bord's offices. The Ringsend District & Community Council is opposing the developer's plans to build three apartment blocks, the tallest with 13 storeys.
