A site of almost one acre for up to 80 apartments in Ringsend village in Dublin 4 is expected to make in excess of £5 million when it is sold at tender next month by Hamilton Osborne King.

The site of 0.9 of an acre is located beside the river Dodder and has almost 240 ft of frontage on to Dermot O'Hurley Avenue. Stephen Cassidy of HOK said that with so few city apartments coming on the market, homes on this site would be in very keen demand.
