Fashion designer John Rocha is to sell his design centre in Dublin's Temple Bar Centre and move his operation to an old postal sorting office at Lower Rathmines Road, Dublin 6. Harper O'Grady is quoting a guideline price of £800,000 for the two-storey self-contained building at 12/13 Temple Lane, which has a total floor area of 2,727 sq ft. The agents say the building would be suitable for offices, retail or a restaurant. New owners will be able to avail of £600,000 in unclaimed capital allowances. The building forms part of The Printworks, a mixed apartment and commercial scheme.
