French Resorts:Properties in one of the last phases of Les Domaine de Saint Endreol, a four-star golf and spa resort in the south of France, are being sold in Ireland through Colliers Jackson-Stops at prices ranging from €330,000 to over €1.3 million.
The resort is about half-an-hour's drive inland from Cannes and St Tropez on the the Riviera, near the village of La Motte de Provençe.
Work on the 370-acre resort began in 1992 and is now nearing completion.
By the time it is finished, it will comprise hundreds of homes, an 18-hole golf course, and the usual wide range of facilities like swimming pools, spas, restaurants and bars, and a hotel.
The mix of sale and leaseback homes for sale include one-bedroom hotel suites for €350,000, two and three-bedroom apartments from €400,000 to over €700,000, two and three-bedroom village houses from €455,000 to €544,000, and four/five-bed private villas from €1.3 million.
The 25 leaseback hotel suites costing from €330,000 are 65sq m (700sq ft) fully-furnished one-bedroom apartments comprising a sittingroom, small kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
Investors are offered a 3 per cent guaranteed return for nine years; owners have six weeks use a year (excluding July and the first three weeks of August).
