Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne is quoting £2.5 million (€3.17m) for a sale and leaseback industrial investment at Northwest Business Park in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15.

The 24,552 sq ft building includes three-storey offices and will be rented on a 25-year lease at an initial rent of £180,000 (€228,550) per annum. The vendor, Brandwell Ltd, are big players in the leather and travel goods market and have been trading in Ireland for almost 20 years.
