In Sandymount, Dublin 4, a four-bedroom period house overlooking the sea at 12 Strand Road was withdrawn before auction. The house is now for sale by private treaty at £1 million (€1.27m). The owners had been planning to build a new house in the garden, but this plan has now been scrapped, according to selling agent Nick Crawford and the property is being sold in its entirety.

In Sandycove, Co Dublin, a four-bedroom house at 70 Lower Albert Road was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald which is seeking £575,000 (€730,099).

In Brittas, Co Dublin, 41 acres of agricultural land at Crooksling, was sold at auction for £380,000 (€482,500) through J.P. & M. Doyle.

The same agent sold a 91-acre residential farm at Eneghan, Walsh Island, Co Offaly in four lots: Lot 1 with a derelict house, farmyard and 17.75 acres sold for £110,000 (€139,671), Lot 2 with 15.25 acres sold for £60,000 (€76,184), Lot 3 comprising 29 acres made £75,000 (€95,230) and Lot 4 with 30 acres sold for £83,000 (€105,388).

Lazlo Jewellers shop at 20 William Street, Galway was sold at auction for £2.6 million (€3.30m) through O'Donnellan & Joyce.

In Wexford, a residential licensed premises, The Mill Court at Kennedy Park, was withdrawn by Sherry Fitz-Gerald-O'Leary which is quoting £900,000 (€1.14m).
