Also in Co Wicklow, a fivebedroom house on two acres, Pine Lodge, at Holyfort, Arklow, was withdrawn by Remax-Garden County, which is seeking £395,000.
In south Dublin sales, a fivebedroom detached house at 30 Beech Court, Killiney, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential, which is seeking £520,000-plus.
DeVere White & Smyth is seeking £3 million for a five-bedroom period house on 1.4 acres, Ferndene, Stradbrook, Black rock, after it was withdrawn from auction at £2.5 million.
Also in Blackrock, a six-bedroom detached lodge, Hamilton Lodge, South Hill Avenue, was withdrawn at £1.8 million by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £2.2 million.
Number 33 Hyde Park Avenue, a five-bedroom semi was withdrawn and is now on the market at £540,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
Still in Blackrock, 126 Booterstown Avenue, a five-bedroom semi was sold prior to auction through Lisney. In Mount Merrion, 5 Wilson Crescent, a four-bedroom bungalow, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.
Joint agents Spain Courtney Doyle and McCabe McCabe are seeking £2.6 million for New Park, a six-bedroom house on the Bray Road, Dublin 18, after it was withdrawn at £1 million.
In Sandyford, a five-bedroom bungalow on 0.25 acres, Melrose, on Kilgobbin Road, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Daphne L. Kaye & Associates.

In Ballsbridge, a two-bedroom apartment, Number 6, 57 Pembroke Road made £499,000 through Lisney.

Sherry FitzGerald withdrew 23 Claremont Park, Sandymount, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, at £480,000. The quoting price is now £550,000.
In Dublin 2, a three-bedroom mews, 1 Pembroke Place, was withdrawn at £560,000 and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald.

In Ranelagh, 3 Chelmsford Avenue, a two-bedroom house was withdrawn at £270,000 and sold later for a higher price through Sherry FitzGerald.

A five-bedroom period house at 147 Leinster Road, Rathmines, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £915,000.

Gunne Residential is seeking over £325,000 for 11 Airfield Road, Rathgar, a four-bedroom house, following its withdrawal from auction. Still in Rathgar, 23 Terenure Road East, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald.
HOK Residential is seeking over £390,000 for 175 Harold's Cross Road, Harold's Cross, after it failed to sell at auction yesterday.
A four-bedroom detached house with self-contained units at 11 The Avenue, Cypress Downs, Templeogue, Dublin 6, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £520,000.
In Clonskeagh, 1 Gledswood Mews, off Bird Avenue, a house in three units, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is seeking over £640,000.
A two-bedroom house at 16 Washington Street, South Circular Road, Dublin 8 was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting £270,000.

Sherry FitzGerald fetched £483,000 at auction for 30 Whitebeam Avenue, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, a three-bedroom semi-detached Crampton-built house.
Lisney is seeking £750,000 for Mount Carmel Cottage, at 21 Roebuck Road, Clonskeagh, a three-bedroom cottage, after it failed to sell at auction.
In Goatstown, a four-bedroom detached house at 26 Friarsland Road was withdrawn at £400,000 and is under negotiation through Lisney.
A five-bedroom house, Hillside, on Sydenham Villas, Dundrum, was withdrawn at £490,000 by Ganly Walters, which is seeking £600,000.

Thornton Lodge, a five-bed house on 65 acres in Kilsallaghan, made £2.3 million at J.P. & M Doyle auction.
Still in Garristown, a threebedroom cottage on 35 acres at Newtown sold for £400,000 through Raymond Potterton.
In Sutton, 13 Carrickbrack Lawns, a four-bedroom bungalow with a two-bedroom granny flat, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which sold it later for over £600,000.
A detached bungalow at 179 Seafield Road East, Clontarf, was sold prior to auction for about £600,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
Nearby, at 60a Seafield Crescent, a semi-detached house was withdrawn at £340,000 by Gunne Residential, which sold it later for a higher price. Still in Clontarf, 54 Kincora Road, a four-bedroom house, was sold after auction for more than £365,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

In Co Kildare, a four-bedroom house on 3.5 acres, Craigy, at Monasterevin, was sold at auction for £690,000 through Brophy Farrell.
A 72-acre farm at Donore, Naas, Co Kildare was withdrawn at £580,000 and is under negotiation through Coonan.

In Co Meath, a 47-acre non-residential farm at Cashel, Slane, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Gunne Residential.
