FOUR Dublin retail investments are to be sold by auction on July 17th through Sherry FitzGerald. The properties are part of a larger retail portfolio owned by a Dublin businessman. The selling agents are quoting a guideline price of £400,000 for a two-storey retail premises opposite Dundrum Shopping Centre in Dublin 14. The property, which includes a rear mews, is rented at £33,000 per annum.

At the other end of the city, more than £300,000 is likely to be obtained for a terraced two-storey premises at 12 Upper Drumcondra Road, Dublin 9, which is rented by Sherry FitzGerald at £25,000 per annum.

The agents are suggesting £200,000-plus for a three-storey terraced retail premises at 202 Lower Rathmines Road, Dublin 6, rented by Oxfam at £18,050.

The fourth investment going for auction is at 11 Ballsbridge Terrace, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, which is rented by the Marrakesh restaurant at £15,050 a year.
