In Foxrock, Amberley, at The Coppins on Brighton Road, sold for close to its guide price of £650,000 (€825,329) according to selling agent Daphne L Kaye & Associates. The detached five-bedroom house stands on 0.25 acres.
Still in Foxrock, the same agent sold 1 Sycamore Grove off Westminster Park for around £265,000 (€336,480).
In Cabinteely, it sold a second-floor three-bedroom apartment at 97 St Gabriels on Johnstown Road for a price in the region of £300,000 (€380,921).
In Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, Daphne L Kaye & Associates also sold Stella Regis on Tibradden Road, a detached house on an acre of ground for £600,000-plus (€762,000-plus).
Douglas Newman Good has closed the sales on a number of Dublin 6 houses following their withdrawal from auction earlier in the year: at 37 Dartry Road, a five-bedroom semi-detached house sold for about £700,000 (€888,816). A dormer-style detached property in need of complete refurbishment at 22 Rostrevor Road, Rathgar made over £500,000 (€634,869). In Ranelagh, a mid-terraced house at 52 Lower Beechwood Avenue sold for £535,000 (€679,309) while close by on Moyne Road, number 99, an end of terrace period house made just under £500,000 (€634,869).
Sherry FitzGerald secured in the region of £330,000 (€419,013) for a four-bedroom terraced house at 7 Chester Road, Ranelagh.
In Dublin 14, the same agent sold 20 Nutgrove Park, Clonskeagh, a four-bedroom terraced house. for £315,000 (€399,9670). In Inchicore, Dublin 10, a one-bedroom terraced cottage at 39 Park Street made £86,000 (€109,197).
