Leading construction company SIAC is to proceed with an £80 million business park at Baldonnel in west Dublin. The 45-acre complex occupies a high-profile location just off the Naas Road and within a few miles of the M50. Baldonnel Business Park can cater for up to 750,000 sq ft of buildings ranging in size from 10,000 to 200,000 sq ft. Some of the blocks will stand four storeys in height. Enterprise units will be for sale at around £95 per sq ft. The promoters estimate that the park could create up to 1,600 jobs.

The park will provide a key connection point to a new high speed international telecommunications network that will give broadband data transmission facilities. Letting agents are Gunne Commercial and William Harvey.
