Sales Results:Douglas Newman Good fetched a strong price of €3.68 million under the hammer yesterday for an attractive family house on over half an acre of garden running down to the Dodder at 24 Rathdown Park in Terenure.
Three parties chased the property in a 35-minute auction after bidding opened at €3 million. Selling agent Pat Mullery described the house as one of the finest Stringer-built homes in the area.
