In Killiney, Villa Dara, a four-bedroom detached house made £510,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

Daphne L. Kaye & Associates sold Haddington Villa, Glenageary, a detached four-bedroom house on Haddington Park, after auction for over the guide of £325,000.

In Dun Laoghaire, Lisney secured £326,000 for Eden Vale, a three-bedroom semi at 35 Crosthwaite Park West.

In Monkstown, 44 Monkstown Road, a three-bedroom mews house, fetched £355,000 through Hamilton Osborne King.

In Stillorgan, 13 Merrion Grove, a two-bedroom duplex townhouse was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £215,000-plus.

A three-bedroom semi-detached bungalow at 45 Oaktree Road, Stillorgan, was withdrawn at £250,000 by Gunne.

Also in Stillorgan, 40 Priory Drive, a five-bedroom semi, was withdrawn by Ganly Walters which is quoting £285,000.

In Mount Merrion, Hamilton Osborne King secured a strong price of £426,000 at auction for 14 Mather Road North, a four-bedroom semi-detached house. A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 14 Brooklawn, Mount Merrion Avenue, Blackrock, made £352,000 through Sherry FitzGerald. Douglas Newman Good fetched £305,000 for 42 Ardagh Park, Blackrock, a three-bedroom semidetached dormer bungalow.

A three-bedroom detached bungalow at 30 Springhill Park, Blackrock, was withdrawn at £150,000 and sold later for about £220,000 by Douglas Newman Good.

Ross McParland is seeking £255,000 for The Cottage, at 30 Newtown Park, Blackrock, a two-bedroom cottage, after it failed to sell at auction.

A six-bedroom Victorian house, St Jude's, at 5 Booterstown Avenue, Blackrock, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good. In Booterstown, 18 Trimleston Road, a three-bedroom semi, made £247,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

Gunne secured £285,000 at auction for Bridge Cottage, a refurbished two-bedroom detached cottage at Strawberry Beds, Dublin 20.

Dublin 2 and 4

In Dublin 2, 14 Adelaide Road, a three-storey over basement period terraced house, was sold at a Gunne auction for £705,000. A one-bedroom apartment, at 12 South Anne Street, Dublin 2, fetched £186,000 through Douglas Newman Good.

Off Camden Street, Dublin 2, 4 Camden Villas, a mid-terrace two-bedroom house, achieved £175,000 at a Gunne auction.

In Donnybrook, Sherry FitzGerald achieved £500,000 for a Crampton-built four-bedroom semi at 84 Morehampton Road. In Ballsbridge, a three-bedroom redbrick semi at 43 Oaklands Park was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £305,000.

A four-bedroom semi at 24 Claremont Park, Sandymount, was withdrawn at £350,000 and is under negotiation through Bennetts.

Dublin 6 and 8

In Rathgar, Vallombrosa, a modern five-bedroom detached house at Mill Close, Orwell Road, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £570,000. In Terenure, 21 Wainsfort Park, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at auction for £243,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

Also in Terenure, a five-bedroom semi-detached Edwardian house at 167 Templeogue Road was withdrawn at £495,000 and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.

In Dartry, 11 South Hill, a four-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £305,000.

In Rathmines, 10 York Road, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £346,000.

In Ranelagh, 1 Chelmsford Road, an end of terrace house, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Mason Estates.

Number 43 Mount Pleasant Square, a two-storey over basement terraced house, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £350,000.

In Dublin 8, a three-bedroom house at 1a Longwood Avenue, Portobello, was withdrawn at £170,000 and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.

Off the South Circular Road, 21 Mount Shannon Road, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house, was withdrawn at £190,000 and is under negotiation through Gunne.

Gunne is seeking £270,000 for 38 Curzon Street, Dublin 8, a three-bedroom terraced house following its withdrawal at £220,000.

Dublin 14

Gunne secured a strong price of £505,000 at auction for 4 Richview Villas, a Crampton-built four-bedroom semi-detached house on Clonskeagh Road, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14. Also in Clonskeagh, a 1950s four-bedroom semi-detached house at 34 Nutgrove Park was sold at a Lisney auction for £302,500.

In Rathfarnham Village, Dublin 14, 1 Dodderdale, a two-bedroom house, made £220,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

A detached four-bedroom house, Dunkeld, at Scholarstown Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, was withdrawn at £580,000 by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £650,000.

Wicklow

In Bray, Lynnduff, a six-bedroom Victorian terraced house, at 6 Alexandra Terrace, Novara Avenue, was withdrawn at £240,000 and sold later for a higher price through Jackson-Stops McCabe.

A four-bedroom detached bungalow, Torridon, on Glencree Road, Enniskerry, was withdrawn at £290,000 by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £320,000.

Commercial

A 1,914 sq ft end of terrace period office building at 80 Ranelagh Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, was sold at auction for £925,000 through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.

The same agent fetched £1.75 million for 11/15 Tara Street, Dublin 2, a 7,493 sq ft office building. A commercial superstore at 8/9 Wexford Street, Dublin 2, was sold at a Gunne auction for £495,000.

A residential newsagents, O'Rourke's at 3 Leopardstown Gardens, Blackrock was sold at auction for £435,000.

Elsewhere in Blackrock, a Centra shop and four-bedroom apartment at Newtown Park Avenue was withdrawn at £475,000 and is under negotiation through Druker Fanning & Partners.

A shop/deli at 35 Parkgate Street, Dublin 8, was sold prior to auction for over the guide price of £250,000 by Christies.

A residential development site at Farnham Drive, Finglas, Dublin 11, was sold at auction for £320,000 by Hamilton Osborne King.

In Co Dublin a 16,500 sq ft commercial premises at Badger Hill, Rathcoole, was sold at auction for £485,000 by Colm McEvoy.

A 9.25-acre development site with planning permission for 12 detached houses at Moone, Co Kildare, was withdrawn and sold later for over the guide price of £350,000 by Ganly Walters.

In Wexford, The Bohemian Girl, a public house and restaurant at North Main Street, was withdrawn at £395,000 and sold later for a higher price through Gunne.

The Mariners Inn public house at The Quay, New Ross, Co Wexford, was sold at auction for £320,000 by O'Gorman Auctioneers.
