Douglas Newman Good has sold six of the 18 houses in the first phase of a new development at Ratoath, Co Meath, which came on the market last weekend. The Woodlands development is located about half a mile from Fairyhouse racecourse. Work is being carried out by Altara Homes. There will be six different house styles, each with four-bedrooms and the choice of a study in a converted garage. Prices range from £190,000 to £250,000.
