Agents Hooke & MacDonald had to put up sold out signs at two of its new developments last weekend. All 60 apartments in Zoe Development's latest scheme at Smithfield were sold within hours. One-bedroom apartments in the Smithfield Gate scheme were mainly priced from £149,000, two-bedroom units started at £190,000 while three-bedroom homes made £240,000. In Courtown Harbour, Hooke & MacDonald sold 29 coach-house homes in the Forest Park scheme where prices ranged from £135,000 to £153,000 for two and three-bedroom coach-houses.
