SALESRESULTS:ALLEN JACOBS has sold Bayview, Sorrento Heights, Dalkey, Co Dublin, a contemporary three-storey house that came on the market last year with an asking price of €2.2 million. According to the agency, the price had dropped to €1.65 million before a sale was concluded by private treaty in recent weeks.
