SOLICITORS O'Rourke Reid have secured £1.64 million for their Georgian office building at 63 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2. The company is relocating to Pepper Canister House at Mount Street Crescent. Its old offices have a floor area of 4,000 sq ft with car-parking at the rear for up to 10 cars. Douglas Newman Good and Agar sold the building at auction and Druker Fanning acted for the purchaser, a private investor.
Another Georgian office building goes to auction on March 10th when Gunne auctions 62 Merrion Square, a 6,333 sq ft mid-terrace building in good condition. The agents are suggesting a guideline price of £1.4 million for the building.
