Ballsbridge: €3.75m: A detached four-bedroom house in Dublin 4 comes to the market with planning permission for an ambitious revamp that will almost double the living space.

Gunne Residential is quoting an advised minimum value (AMV) of €3.75 million prior to auction on May 25th for 142 Merrion Road, a mid-20th century detached house in the city's embassy-belt.

The owners have created a website (www.142merrionroad.com) to show what the eventual 381sq m (4,100sq ft) house will be like when the expansion is completed.
