Over 300 units have been sold to date at the Northern Cross scheme on the Malahide Road, beside the Hilton Hotel.
The scheme is being built by Walls Residential - the development arm of PJ Walls, one of the country's most reputable building firms.
The €450 million development includes the Hilton Hotel, retail units, office buildings and childcare facilities. When complete, the scheme will incorporate around 600 residential units.
Forty apartments are now on sale through Hooke & MacDonald and show units are on view at the site. This phase is located around a courtyard and close to the newly-opened Meadows & Byrne store.
One-bedroom apartments with 47sq m (505sq ft) are priced from €290,000. Two-bedroom apartments of 65-80sq m (699-860sq ft) are from €365,000 and the three-bedroom apartments with 92sq m (989 sq ft) are from €415,000.
An underground car-parking space is included in these prices.
Italian-style kitchens have darkwood veneer worktops and and kitchen appliances. Many of the apartments are dual aspect and offer views over either a landscaped internal courtyard or a civic plaza.
Maintenance fees range from €1,200 to €1,600.
