CLONGRIFFIN: FROM €270,000 SHOW APARTMENTS open for the first time at Station Point, a residential scheme in Clongriffin, Dublin 13.
Selling agent Hooke & MacDonald is releasing 20 units this weekend.
The development is at Main Street, Clongriffin, just off the Hole in the Road Wall. Station Point is one of a number of large housing schemes being built between Baldoyle and the Malahide Road. A new town centre is taking shape and the new Dart station is due to open in 2009. The near by 22-hectare Father Collins Park is undergoing a major upgrade. Prices start at €270,000 for one-bed apartments with 55-60sq m (590-645sq ft). An extra €12,500 will get you a one-bed with study.
Two-bed units with 66-97sq m (710-1,040sq ft) are from €310,000 and three-beds with 93sq m (1,000sq ft) are from €355,000. Two-bed duplex units with studies are from €380,000.
Prices, for the most part, remain the same as when the scheme was first launched off plans last year.
Fit-out at Station Point includes high-gloss kitchens with butcher-block style worktops and integrated appliances.
Apartments are due for completion in summer 2009, according to the selling agent. Previous schemes by developer Barina Construction include Seabrook Manor in Portmarnock and Larch Hill in Santry.
