MORE than 16,000 square feet of office space has recently been let at Shannon International Business Centre near Shannon Airport. The new tenants include Yeoman International Leasing, the Irish Aviation Authority, Fyffes International and Softarc Inc of Ontario, Canada. The park, which has 41,000 square feet of space, is owned by a subsidiary of the Silvermines group. Rents cost about £12.50 per square foot.

Michael Fitzpatrick, of the Fitzpatrick and Co estate agency, is currently marketing a number of office suites varying in size from 1,000 square feet.
