The family-owned and run pub has just over 1,075 sq ft of bar space on the ground floor and opens to a rear garden of around 2,000 sq ft, which leads to a public car-park. DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald secured a price in excess of £410,000 for a part-let period building on York Road, Dun Laoghaire. The building, with an additional small industrial unit to the rear, is currently let to tenants paying £7,250 and £7,000 annually. It has 1,044 sq ft of self-contained vacant office accommodation, which the agents anticipate would generate a rental level of £14 to £15 per sq ft.
