Four adjoining retail investments at 104 to 109 Talbot Street, Dublin 1, have come on the market through Douglas Newman Good. Nigel Kingston of the agency is seeking £1.65m for the buildings which are producing £98,000. At that price, the yield works out at around 6 per cent. A syndicate Balkan Investment is understood to have bought the four shops in 1989 for around £800,000.
