RETAIL carpet specialists TC Matthews is to lease more than 4,000 square feet at the retail park which opened recently on the N4 Lucan bypass near Lucan in west Dublin.

The company will be paying a rent of £10 per square foot under a 20 year lease. Woodies occupy a 40,000 store and garden centre at the development. Costello Commercial and Lisney are letting agents.
