Lisney fetched a record price of £650,000 for a large duplex apartment in the Hazeldene complex, at Anglesea Road, Dublin 4, yesterday. The price for the three-bedroom unit equates to just over £400 per sq. ft, one of the highest prices paid for apartment space in Dublin.
Elsewhere in Dublin 4, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 15 The Court, Donnybrook Castle, fetched a strong price of £450,000 at a Lisney auction. In Sandymount, a four-bedroom terraced house at 16 London bridge Road fetched £293,000 through Lisney.
Nearby in Ringsend, a two-bedroom terraced house at 28 Gordon Street made £138,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
Bennetts is seeking over £240,000 for 31 Leahy Terrace, Sandymount, a three-bedroom house on a corner site, following its withdrawal from auction.
Dublin 6 and 8
A two-storey over garden level semi-detached house in 10 flats at 77 Leinster Road, Rathmines, made £650,000 through Douglas Newman Good. Sherry FitzGerald secured £363,000 for 19 Airfield Road, Rathgar, a refurbished three-bedroom terraced house.
In Ranelagh, Dublin 6, 33 Beechwood Park, a three-bedroom semi-detached house made £248,000 through Lisney.
A four-bedroom terraced house at 2 Charleston Avenue, Ranelagh, was sold prior to auction for close to £300,000 by Gunne.
Also in Ranelagh, 30 Oakley Road, a three-bedroom house, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £322,500.
In Dublin 8, a four-bedroom house at 1 Longwood Avenue made £220,000 through Lisney.
South Dublin
In Monkstown, Terry Halpenny fetched £680,000 for Fintragh, 1 Knapton Road, a three-storey over garden level house in flats. A two-bedroom apartment, Number 25 The Maples, in Monkstown Valley, was withdrawn at £185,000 and sold later for a higher price through Gunne.
In Stillorgan, 61 Orpen Green, a detached five-bedroom house in good decorative order made £426,000 through Ross McParland.
In Blackrock, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 8 Hyde Park Gardens made £380,000 through Lisney.
Also in Blackrock, 218 Clonkeen Road, a five-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £227,500.
Dublin 14 and 16
O'Reillys secured over the withdrawal figure of £300,000 after auction for 33 Butterfield Drive, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, a four-bedroom semi-detached house.
In Churchtown, Dublin 14, a three-bedroom detached bungalow at 13 Whitebarn Road made £288,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
North Dublin
In Raheny, Dublin 5, a three-bedroom semi at 62 Cill Eanna, made £197,500 through Sherry FitzGerald.
A four-bedroom end of terrace house at 111 St Lawrence Road, Clontarf, Dublin 3, was sold at a Gunne auction for £380,000.
Also in Clontarf, 70 Blackheath Park, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at a Lisney auction for £331,000. Nearby, at 190 Kincora Road, a three-bedroom house was withdrawn at £162,500 and sold later for a higher price through Toole McKay.
In Fairview, Dublin 3, a three-bedroom house at 5 Annesley Bridge Road was withdrawn by Gunne.
A four-bedroom terraced house at 10 Ballymun Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, was withdrawn from auction and is under negotiation at Douglas Newman Good. In Drumcondra, a four-bedroom house at 6 Lower St Brigid's Road made £152,000 through GWD. The same agent sold a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 59 Cabra Drive, Dublin 7, for £168,000. A detached five-bedroom house at 1 Chesterfield Copse, Castleknock, Dublin 15, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald.
In Skerries, Co Dublin, Glenmore, a four-bedroom semidetached house at 72 Holmpatrick, Rush Road, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good.

In Bray, H.J. Byrne sold a three-bedroom bungalow, Wharfedale, on Florence Road, after auction for around £240,000.
Nugent Auctioneers fetched £145,000 at auction for Crehelp, a cottage on 4.75 acres in Hollywood, Dunlavin.

In Co Kildare, Mylerstown Lodge, Naas, a three-bedroom farmhouse on 26 acres fetched £635,000 through Jordan Auctioneers. In Johnstown, 20 acres of land with planning permission for a house at Toberton, made £510,000 through Colm McEvoy.
A two-storey over basement house with stables at Hazelhatch, Celbridge, made £220,000 through Jim Fitzgerald.

In Co Meath, Bective Bar, in Bective, made £457,000 through Royal Auctioneers.
A 0.3-acre residential development site at Wellington View, New Haggard Road, Trim, Co Meath, was withdrawn at £310,000 by Agar, which is quoting £350,000.
In Naas, Co Kildare, The Ivy Inn, on Main Street, was withdrawn at £1.615 million through Gunne.

Also in Co Wexford, 8.5 acres of development land with planning permission for 66 houses at Mountgarrett, New Ross, was withdrawn at £995,000 and sold later for a higher price through O'Gorman Auctioneers.
The Ballyroe Hotel, in Tralee, Co Kerry, was withdrawn at £950,000 by Gunne.
