The second phase of Woodlands in Arklow, Co Wicklow, goes on sale this weekend with prices starting from £119,950 (€152,305). Hooke and MacDonald and Richard Bentley are the joint selling agents for this development.

Located at the top end of the town, Woodlands is convenient to the N11 bypass route. Arklow is a rapidly growing town on the south East coast with plenty of amenities and facilities that are increasingly popular with commuters. The newly improved N11 has greatly reduced the journey time from Arklow to Dublin. Commuters can also take the bus or train.

There are 30 houses for sale in the second phase: 12 three-bedroom semi-detached houses, six standard three-bedroom townhouses, 10 three-bedroom courtyard townhouses and two detached three-bedroom bungalows. The floor area of each of the four house-types is the same at 1,100 sq ft.

The first phase of Woodlands launched last March. On completion there will be 146 houses and bungalows in the development; 65 houses were sold in the first phase.
