Homes in the first phase of a development at Lucan in west Dublin go on sale this weekend, with three-bedroom and four-bedroom houses costing from £139,995. Rossberry, a Hollioake Homes scheme, is located on Hayden's Lane, just off the Newcastle Road. Of the 94 units in the development, 47 are now for sale through Ross McParland.
The three and four-bedroom semis and four-bedroom detached houses are designed with a mix of half, three-quarters and all-brick frontages, all with tiled porches. Completion of the first phase is expected between the end of March and July and the entire scheme will be finished by the end of summer.
Hollioake is releasing 18 three-bed semis, 22 four-bed semis and seven four-bedroom detached houses at this stage. Three-bed 1,120 sq. ft semis are priced from £139,995; four-bed semis of 1,245 sq. ft from £153,995 and four-bedroom detached houses of 1,280 sq. ft from £169,995. Special features of the houses include standard fireplaces, as in the show-house, wall tiling in kitchen, bathroom and en suite, ceiling coving in reception areas, and pumped showers.
The scheme is half a mile from the village of Lucan and five minutes away from the Liffey Valley shopping centre.
While there is no open green area planned for the first phase, a small park will be landscaped in phase two. Griffeen Valley park is a couple of minutes walk from the development.
