Convent View, a development of just three houses with sea views is being launched in the grounds of San Souci mansion on Convent Avenue in Bray, Co Wicklow, once the home of the Putland family and now the convent of the Sisters of Loreto.

There are two large houses, one priced at £700,000 (888,820) and the other at £750,000 (952,300) and a smaller one for £385,000 (488,850). Built by Rongilt Ltd, the larger houses are 3,100 sq ft while the smaller is 1,450 sq ft. Sales are being handled by joint Auctioneeers HJ Byrne and Property Team Tynan Moran.

Standard features in all of the houses include Alderwood kitchens with polished granite worktops, integrated kitchen appliances, coving in the lounge, hall and diningroom and reconstituted stones sills.
