Planning permission has been granted for a minimarket, a pharmacy and a medical centre to accommodate three practitioners. AIB has taken a Banklink space at the centre. The agent is quoting guide prices of £500,000 (€634,869) for the 1,895 sq ft mini-market; £425,000 (€539,639) for the 1,563 sq ft medical centre and £300,000 (€380,921) for the 1,107 sq ft pharmacy.
