A retail premises in one of the most prestigious locations in Dublin city centre - Huguenot House, beside the Shelbourne Hotel on St Stephen's Green - has become available following the closure of the Minima homewares business. Lisney is inviting top class traders to pitch for the premises which have 1,400 sq ft at street level and a further 1,000 sq ft of stores or offices in the basement. The agents are suggesting that the rent will be in excess of £130,000 per annum and that the tenant will be offered a new 25-year full repairing and insuring lease with five year rent reviews. Huguenot House was redeveloped by Ballymore Properties, a leading property developer in Ireland and the UK.
