Tralee Shopping Centre, a large shopping arcade in the centre of the town, is expected to make well in excess of £2 million when it is sold by private treaty through North's Tralee branch. The centre is currently producing a rental income of £187,000, which is expected to increase to more than £200,000 when a number of rent reviews are completed. There are 20 traders in the centre, including Abrakebabra, Tylers and Tralee Gift Shop. Eddie Barrett of North reports an exceptional level of interest in the investment.
