Dublin 15 from €350,000: Apartments go on sale today at Porterstown, off Clonsilla Road and three minute's walk from Coolmine train station in Dublin 15. Selling agent Flynn & Associates is opening three furnished show units at Windmill, a development by Kimtonvale Ltd of 300 units on a 17.2-acre site.

Launching this weekend are 50 two and three-bedroom apartments, including a few penthouses which are likely to go fast.

Prices start at €350,000 for two-beds of 66sq m (700sq ft). Two-bedroom apartments are in the majority across the development and the two-beds are mostly around €355,000.

Three-bedroom apartments of up to 96sq m (1,044sq ft) range from €490,000 to €495,00. Two-bedroom penthouses are from €380,000 and three-bedroom fourth floor penthouses start at €495,000. Some of these have large roof gardens.

Each apartment comes with a wood-look and cream kitchen, cream wardrobes, quality bathroom ware and an en suite off the largest bedroom. Decked balconies have glass sides with steel rails. Heating is gas.

Construction at Windmill is well advanced and apartments in this phase are scheduled for completion before the end of the year.
