Sales Results: The auction season begins in earnest next week but a handful of early auctions yesterday showed mixed results. A stylish apartment in a converted Victorian building on Raglan Road fetched over €1.5 million in post auction negotiations, but elsewhere there were withdrawals, with a pre-'63 property at Lower Mount Pleasant Avenue now seeking €1.25 million.
