Sales Results: It was a quiet week in the Dublin auction rooms with Easter interrupting the selling season. However, yesterday's top result shows that there is no let up in demand for well located homes.
Douglas Newman Good had been guiding €625,000 for a two-bedroom bungalow at 12 Beaufield Manor in Stillorgan, Co Dublin which eventually made €1 million under the hammer.
