Located on Hole in the Wall Road in north Dublin, there are 30 two-bed apartments in the final phase at Grattan Hall, three of which are penthouses.

Prices range from £155,00 (€196,809) to £185,000 (€234,901) for the standard apartments while the penthouses are priced from £250,000 (€317,434). Two show apartments will open this weekend.

On completion there will be 176 apartments and penthouses in 10 individual blocks at Grattan Hall. All of the apartments have two bedrooms.

Standard two-beds range in size from 625 to 903 sq ft. Penthouses vary from 1,030 to 1,060 sq ft. Grattan Hall is located next to Grattan Lodge, an earlier scheme by the same developers, Manor Park Homes and Walsh, Maguire & O'Shea.

Grattan Hall is set on a seven -acre site with many landscaped features. A fountain garden by the entrance is the main centre-piece of the open area.

Standard features of the apartments include a maple Shaker-style fitted kitchen complete with stainless steel gas oven, hob and extractor hood. The sittingroom has a feature fireplace with gas coal effect fire. The apartments are wired for alarms.

Electronic gates control access to Grattan Hall. Apartments have a video intercom system from the main door and main entrance gate to a television point.

Booking deposits will be accepted from today at the Morehampton Road offices of Ross McParland.
