FINNEGAN Menton has launched a marketing campaign to let two ground floor office units in the tax designated area of Christ Church of Dublin 8. The agents are quoting a rent of £10 per square foot for the offices, which have 1,900 and 3,600 square feet or could be combined. They are located in Christchurch Hall, a block recently completed in High Street by Cosgraves. Tenants will be able to claim double rent allowances and a remission of rates for 10 years.
