SEVERAL UK fashion multiples are competing for a newly-developed store at The Square in Tallaght, Dublin 24. Dixons had planned to trade out of the 4,700-square-foot unit until it took over the Harry Moore group, which already has a store in The Square. A rent of £175,000 has already been fixed for the unit, one of the few available large stores at a major shopping centre in the Dublin area. The unit is located on level 2 of the newly completed extension to the centre. Jones Lang Wootton is handling the letting.
