UK furniture multiple Reids is to open their second store at the Stillorgan Plaza in Stillorgan, Co Dublin. The company, which specialises in suites of furniture, will be paying somewhat less than the asking rent of £18 per square foot for the store, which will have a floor area of 13,200. Spain Courtney Doyle is quoting rents of £12 to £17 per square foot for two remaining units, one of 8,744 square feet and the other with 2,400 square feet. Stillorgan Plaza was recently redeveloped by Rhode (Ireland) Ltd and includes 24,000 square feet of retail space, 12,000 square feet of office accommodation, a banking hall and a multiplex cinema.
