Dublin 16 from €475,000:A small scheme of apartments in Dublin 16 is being re-launched this weekend with new prices.

Cedar Grove is a scheme of 18 two and three-bedroom apartments on a leafy site on the Firhouse Road, Templeogue, Dublin 16. The scheme was launched last September through Lisney when seven apartments sold leaving 11 for sale. Prices start at €475,000 for a two-bed apartment with 81sq m (877sq ft) of space - €50,000 off last year's price. Other two-bedroom units have been reduced by up to €75,000. A three-bed with 121sq m (1,032sq ft) is priced at €575,000 - €45,000 cheaper than last year. The scheme is laid out in two blocks. All but three apartments have mountain views.

Developer Millanridge and architects Fenton Simons have provided a good quality finish at Cedar Grove. Kitchens have solid oak fitted units, granite worktops, and porcelain tiles. Bathrooms have smart tiles, water-jet baths and underfloor heating.

Sittingrooms have smart fireplaces with marble surrounds and glassed-in gas fires. Each unit comes with one car-parking space and there is lots of visitor parking. Additional spaces can be purchased for €20,000. The outdoor landscaping is impressive in Cedar Grove, particularly the Italianate courtyard garden.
