Prices at the Moy Glas development start at £160,000 (203,160) for 1,070 sq ft houses with attractive three-quarter brick frontages. This phase will be ready to move into between October this year and February 2002.
Builder Courtland Estates has chosen a traditional internal layout for the Moy Glas houses. The sittingrooms to the front have pretty, old-style fireplaces. Doors open through to a combined kitchen/diningroom. Kitchens are L-shaped and include a sunroom and glass doors to the garden. The three bedrooms upstairs all have built-in wardrobes and the main bedroom is ensuite.
The development is relatively small at 97 units and is close to the site for a planned new school, shops and community centre. A bus to the city centre passes the front gate. Virtually all zoned land in this area of Lucan has been developed, so the Moy Glas estate is likely to be the final scheme to come on the market for some time.
