The fashion chain Vero Moda is doubling the size of the store it is to open at The Pavilions Shopping Centre in Swords, Co Dublin, which is due to begin trading next month. The company originally agreed to lease a unit of 3,255 sq ft but has now opted for 6,663 sq ft on the upper floor fashion mall. The rent is thought to be around £175,000 (#222,204) per annum. The unit originally targeted by Vera Moda - the last of this size available in the centre - is being sought by a number of national and multinational fashion chains. Larry Brennan of Hamilton Osborne King, who handled the letting, is joint agent with Lambert Smith Hampton. Fergus Crosse of College Properties advised Vero Moda.
