In Killiney, The Beeches, on Ballinclea Road, a four-bedroom detached bungalow, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £535,000.

Sherry FitzGerald secured about £380,000 after auction for The Muglins, a three-bedroom dormer bungalow on Ulverton Road, Dalkey.

Still in Dalkey, 10 Sorrento Road, a three-bedroom bungalow, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is seeking offers in excess of £355,000.

In Glenageary, Pynecrest, a four-bedroom detached house on Lower Glenageary Road, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good which is seeking about £500,000.

In Dun Laoghaire, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, St Annes, at 12 Wellington Street, fetched £315,000 through Lisney. Engleberg House, off Lower Mounttown Road, Dun Laoghaire, a four-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn at £500,000 and is under negotiation through Lisney.

Still in Dun Laoghaire, 3 Mariners Lane, a one-bedroom mews house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is asking £325,000.

In Blackrock, a four-bedroom bungalow at 35 Ardagh Park, Blackrock, was sold at auction for £400,000 by Gunne Residential.

Still in Blackrock, a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 28 Seafield Crescent was sold at a Gunne auction for £340,000.

In Kilmacud O'Mahony Auctioneers secured a strong price of £566,000 at auction for five-bedroom detached house, Sunbury, at Upper Kilmacud Road. In Stillorgan, 13 Oaktree Road, a detached three-bedroom bungalow, was sold at auction for £290,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

Douglas Newman Good fetched £542,500 at auction for Foxboro, Glencullen Road, Kilternan, a four-bedroom bungalow on an acre.

Ganly Walters secured £550,000 at auction for 21 Ashley Court, Clyde Road, a 1,300 sq. ft penthouse apartment.

A three-bedroom townhouse at 25 St John's, Park Avenue, Sandymount, was sold after auction for over £250,000 by Druker Fanning and Partners.

Also in Rathmines, a two-bedroom mews house at 28 Charleville Close was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £317,000.

In Terenure, a detached house on 0.75 acres at 62 Fortfield Road, was withdrawn at £1.5 million and sold later for a higher price through Douglas Newman Good.

Nearby, at 23 Fortfield Grove, a three-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn and sold later for over £300,000 by Lisney.

Douglas Newman Good secured a strong price of £392,500 at auction for 31 Cliftonville Road, 9, a three-bedroom mid-terrace house in Glasnevin, Dublin 9. In Clontarf, Dublin 3, 10 Mount Prospect Park, a three-bedroom terraced house, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £250,000.

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £335,000 for a four-bedroom house at 3 Loreto Villas, Bray, following its withdrawal from auction. In Kilmacanogue, Rose Cottage at Glencap, a four-bedroom cottage on just over a third of an acre was withdrawn at £415,000 and sold later for a higher price through H.J. Byrne.

Near Enniskerry, A five-bedroom detached house at 16 Eagle Valley was sold prior to auction by Hamilton Osborne King.

In Co Westmeath, a 255-acre non-residential dairy farm with a 123,000-gallon milk quota at Ardnacarney, Tang, was sold at a Ganly Walters auction for £1.3 million.

Also in Co Westmeath, a 267-acre dairy farm with a 244,860-gallon milk quota at Griffinstown, Kinnegad, made £1.675 million through Raymond Potterton.

Gunne Residential sold a 25-acre non-residential farm at Ballinolde, Co Monaghan, at auction for £180,000.
