Lisney secured a strong price of £975,000 (#1.237m) at auction for 7 Palmerston Villas, Rathmines, a two-storey over garden level four-bedroom Victorian house.
A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 19 Ormond Road, Rathmines, was withdrawn at £600,000 (#761,842) by Hamilton Osborne King and sold later for over £700,000 (#889,000).
Still in Rathmines, Lisney is seeking £875,000 (#1.11m) for 143 Leinster Road, a five-bedroom Victorian house, following its withdrawal from auction.
Sherry FitzGerald achieved over £1.36 million (#1.72m) for Kenmare, a five-bedroom Victorian house at 17 Orwell Park in Rathgar that was withdrawn from auction last week.
A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 15 Thorncliffe Park, Rathgar was sold at a Lisney auction for £570,000 (#723,750).
Also in Rathgar, a three-bedroom detached bungalow at 127 Rathgar Road was withdrawn at £645,000 (#818,981) by Sherry FitzGerald which is quoting £675,000 (#857,073).
Off Clanbrassil Street in Dublin 8, a two-bedroom terraced house at 7 Oakfield Place was withdrawn by O'Connor Shannon which is seeking £180,000 (#228,552).
Dublin 2 and 4
IN Donnybrook, 30 Nutley Park, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold prior to auction for over £700,000 (#889,000) by Sherry FitzGerald.
A four-bedroom townhouse at 43 St John's, Park Avenue, Sandymount, was withdrawn by Druker Fanning & Partners which is seeking offers over £495,000 (#628,520).
South Dublin
IN Dalkey, a three-bedroom detached house, The Loft, at the rear of 16 Tubbermore Road, was sold at a Douglas Newman Good auction for £500,000 (#634,869).
In Glenageary, 51 Upper Albert Road, a three-bedroom detached bungalow, was withdrawn at £370,000 (#469,803) and sold later for a higher figure by Lisney.
Sherry FitzGerald is quoting £895,000 (#1.13 million) for 26 Belgrave Square East, Monkstown, a four-bedroom end-of-terrace house, following its withdrawal from auction.
A two-bedroom cottage at 7 Jamestown Cottages, Kilternan, Co Dublin was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good which is seeking £200,000 (#253,947).
North Dublin
In Howth, Blakeney, a sevenbedroom detached house with a two-bedroom stable house on Thormanby Road, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald which is quoting £1.5 million (#1.9 million).
A three-bedroom bungalow on 0.75 acres, Issodun at 160 Howth Road, Sutton was withdrawn and sold later through Lisney.
A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 23 Mobhi Road in Glasnevin, Dublin 11, was withdrawn at £307,000 (#389,809) by Sherry FitzGerald which is seeking £312,500 (#396,793).
In Dublin 7, 66 Old Cabra Road, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Lisney which is seeking £275,000 (#349,177).
Dublin 14 and 16
In Dundrum, Dublin 14, a fourbedroom bungalow at 58 Highfield Park was withdrawn by Lisney which is seeking £375,000 (#476,151).
Elsewhere in Dublin 14, 25 Whitebeam Avenue, Clonskeagh, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Lisney.
Meanwhile a five-bedroom detached house at 8 Yale, Ardilea, was sold after auction by Douglas Newman Good.
Provincial
In Ballivor village, Co Meath, 21 acres of non-residential land was sold at auction for £197,000 (#250,138) through Raymond Potterton.
A five-bedroom dormer bungalow at Upper Barberstown, Maynooth, Co Kildare was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.
Commercial
An 18.3-acre development site with planning permission for 80 houses in Kinnegad, Co Westmeath was sold at auction for £1.8 million (#2.28m) by Raymond Potterton.
Lisney secured about £1.5 million (#1.9m) after auction for 13 Warrington Place, Dublin 2, a five-storey office building overlooking the canal. It was withdrawn at £1.4 million (#1.78m).
Two detached industrial units in Dublin Industrial Estate, Glasnevin, were sold at auction in separate lots through Lisney. Unit 91a Lagan Road was sold for £680,000 (#863,421) while Unit 88 made £1.06 million. (#1.35m).
In Co Waterford, The Granary public house on O'Connell Street was sold at auction for £360,000 (#457,105) by John Rohan.
In Sligo, The Golf Links Hotel, a 14-bedroom hotel at Strandhill, was withdrawn at £500,000 (#634,869) by McCarrick & Sons, which is quoting £600,000 (#761,842).
In Co Kildare, four acres with planning permission for 34 units at The Croft, Town Centre, Kilbeggan, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Coonan.
