Cambridge House, 41 Montpelier Hill in Dublin 7, is a large, period two-storey over basement period building that has fallen into a state of disrepair. Extending to around 400 sq m this once famous 18th century residence was home to the second Duke of Cambridge, commander of the armed forces in Dublin from 1846 to 1851. A restoration project is needed to restore it to its former glory.
