Dublin 15: from €305,000The final 30 apartments at The Village in Rathborne off the Navan Road, in Dublin 15, come to the market this weekend.

The new residential area is between the Tolka Valley and the Royal Canal beside Ashtown train station.

Off the Halfway House pub roundabout on the Navan Road, Rathborne is Castlethorn Development's section of a major new residential area in north Dublin. It was launched in April 2003.

Prices start at €305,000 for one-bedroom apartments, which are for sale through Savills Hamilton Osborne King on site this weekend where two show apartments will be open for viewing.
